Any student who will be leaving the school by a bus of any kind should be attached to the proper group with a type of: Bus.

Groups -> List by type: Bus

===== Creating a Bus Group =====

Click on groups, then select the first option "new". From the dropdown select the group type of "bus". Then fill out the remaining fields with the applicable information. The only one required for the creation of the group is  the group name. This can be the title of a bus or even just a number.
