The accounts drop-down lists pages that relate to account management.

<wrap lo>**(See Figure 1)**</wrap> The new page is used for account creation.

User ID, Last Name, Account Type, and Password are __required fields and must be filled__ out to create an account.

Depending on the account type, a default place, grade, or location may be set for the account. These settings may also be changed after the account has been created.

<wrap lo>**(See Figure 2)**</wrap> The list page will display a table of data for each account created within your Silent Dismissal site.

Sorting is enabled on this table. If you would like to sort by a specific data, click on the respective column title.

To quickly sign into an account, click on the text within user id column. 

To edit an account, click on the text within the last name column.

===== Bulk Load =====

<wrap lo>**(See Figure 3)**</wrap> The bulk load page is used to create multiple accounts at once by transferring text from spreadsheets onto Silent Dismissal.

In the box appearing on this page, admin users can insert text copied from a spreadsheet to mass create accounts. This feature is typically used during set up or yearly conversion. 

Underneath the text box are instructions on how to correctly complete the bulk loading process. If your data is incorrect for the created accounts, please review our method of transferring the spreadsheet data to the text box. The most common error is that empty cells within the spreadsheet were not included when the data was copied; it is crucial to copy any blank cells, as they serve a purpose for syntax.
